In the far north of Burgundy, the wines of Chablis are known worldwide for their unique terroir, where purity and minerality dominate.
The Mosnier family has been working the family vineyard in Chablis since 1893. Today, the vineyard is under the care of Stephanie Mosnier and her husband Christophe. Together, they cultivate four hectares of Petit Chablis, 13 hectares of Chablis and almost two hectares of Premier Cru.
Since 2007, Stephanie has been working towards organic viticulture (minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, clay collage and light filtering) in order to create the purest experience of Chablis. In 2019, she received the HVE3 Sustainable label. - Importer Note
