How will I receive my order?

In Sydney, we deliver the next day or your day of choice (delivery days are Monday to Saturday) with our own vehicles, thereby guaranteeing your wines arrive in the best possible condition.

A person must not order or request a person under the age of 18 years to take delivery of liquor purchased from Cork.

Damaged items?

Your order is insured against loss and breakage. Please note that if you suspect breakage, simply hand the box back to the driver and do not sign for it. We will issue a replacement and re-delivery at our cost. 

Returns Policy

  • If you notice that you have received wrong or broken items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods either by email or via website and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
  • Faulty Wine: We must be notified within 24 hours if you have opened a wine you deem faulty and we will endeavour to pick up and assess the faulty wine within 24 hours of your notification. Cork offers a 30 day return policy on some products that are proven to be faulty. All faulty wine must be returned with a minimum of ¾ of the original liquid, along with the original seal (cork, screw cap, or other). Cork’s staff will then assess the wine and determine whether the wine is affected by any faults such as TCA (cork taint) or premature oxidation etc. Bottle variation does not constitute a wine fault. Sometimes a  wine may need to be sent back to the supplier/winery for further analysis. If Cork determines that a wine is faulty, we will offer a replacement where possible or a full refund. If the wine is found to be not faulty, it will be returned to you and the processing and freight costs associated with the return will be invoiced to you.

 

Hot weather shipping policy

In the Sydney metro area we do our own shipping in air conditioned or temperature controlled vehicles. The only time we will delay shipping is if the temperature is extremely hot and we feel it would not be safe for your wine.

In these circumstances you can also ask us to delay your shipment and let us know which date is preferable.

 

What is a Cork Original?

These are the original Cork members who signed up during our launch period. These members have a lifetime 5% discount even if they no longer have a wine subscription.
