Sydney Metro

In Sydney, we deliver the same day for all orders before 11am, or your day of choice (delivery days are Monday to Saturday) with our own vehicles, thereby guaranteeing your wines arrive in the best possible condition.

Most deliveries are made during work hours (unless prior arrangements have been made), so places of work or business-hour addresses would be the most suitable delivery locations.

If you know that nobody will be there to receive your delivery but you still want it left for you, you can give us an "authority to leave" and let us know where we can safely place your order. Our driver will take a picture of your delivery at the location determined by you and text it to you.

If no one is home and no authority is given for our driver to leave the delivery, then you will need to get in contact with us to arrange another suitable delivery date. Which may cause undue delay or inconvenience hence we suggest using a business hours address or authority to leave.

A valid photo ID must be presented upon delivery.

No delivery will be left with minors.

 

NSW, VIC, QLD & SA

We ship to addresses within New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), and South Australia (SA). Your order will be fulfilled the same day of ordering. Depending of your location expect delivery from 1 - 7 Business days. Metropolitan areas will usually take 1-3 business days. Outer zones are usually 3 - 7 business days. We are not liable for any delays or damages that may occur during the shipping process. However each package we send out is fully insured.

Cost

All orders $149 or more will receive free shipping, Orders below will incur a $15 fee.

Cover

Your order is insured against loss and breakage. Please note that if you suspect breakage, simply hand the box back to the driver and do not sign for it. We will issue a replacement and re-deliver at our cost.

Hot weather shipping policy

Heat-day shipping: In the Sydney metro area, we do our own shipping in air conditioned or temperature controlled vehicles. The only time we will delay shipping is if the temperature is extremely hot and we feel it would not be safe for your wine.

In these circumstances, you can also ask us to delay your shipment and let us know which date is preferable.

For orders outside of Sydney Metro, we may choose to delay the delivery if we deem the weather forecast to be too hot and unsafe to dispatch your order. You will be notified should this occur.

Alcohol exclusion zones

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the items purchased are not delivered to alcohol exclusion zones. We will not refund or exchange purchases if a customer has addressed the order to an alcohol exclusion zone.
