About
Domaine Delesvaux is a small estate with 8.9 hectares of vines and 1.2 hectares of ecological fallow lands, which help preserve biodiversity and offer natural living conditions to flora and wildlife on the property.
A biodynamic project, run by husband Phillippe and wife Catherine, making some of the greatest wines of the Anjou and Coteaux du Layon areas within the Loire.
Chenin Blanc has been the flagship for the Delesvaux’s, with many accolades since the 80’s for their sweet wines. However, climate change has played an important role in the rising stars they boast today, the dry whites and the incredibly fresh reds, made from Cabernet Franc and believe it or not, Cabernet Sauvignon.
The stylistic diversity and quality of wines that the ‘power couple’ are making, bring much excitement to our shores with an impressive range from one of the most reputable wine regions of the world. - Importer Note
