Origins
Silent way is a plot of earth 550 meters above sea level in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Purchased in 2007 by Matt Harrop and Tamara Grischy with their three children, Jai, Ivy and Sofia. Love and friendship nurtured this plot into a home and a small vineyard. The wines produced are in small quantities, express the soils they are grown in and are styles we love to drink. Why the name Silent Way? One of our favourite albums; In a Silent way was recorded by Miles Davis in February 1969. It is regarded as a masterpiece and one of the most inventive recordings of all time. -Winery Website

Lots of spice and dried herb note, garrigue-almost thing going on, medium body, liquorice, strawberry and red apple peel lift, a hint of blue fruit and rose with a sappy, chalky, juicy texture. Very pretty and highly drinkable. Go and make friends.
